It will keep cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours (it’s not designed for hot drinks), and you can choose how you sip with it too. You can either use the handy FreeSip spout, which lets you drink with the bottle upright through a built-in straw, or you can unscrew the lid for gulping, which is always handy in the middle of a workout. The wide mouth makes adding ice and cleaning the water bottle easy too.
Speaking of the lid, it’s built to be leakproof, with a push-to-open design that prevents spillage and keeps the spout clean between sips. The carry loop (great for walks and hikes) also functions as a lock so your hydration supply is extra secure. FYI: The cup itself needs to be hand-washed, but you can throw the lid in the dishwasher between uses.
