How we chose the best beauty deals on Amazon Prime Day
Amazon has a treasure trove of beauty finds — from viral hits to splurge-worthy tools — but there are a lot of not-so-valuable products and deals mixed in too. As a beauty editor, I’ve tested countless products across skin care, hair care, makeup and more, and honed my eye to spot the ones that are actually worth your money. As these go on sale during Prime Day, I’ll double-check the price history to determine if the product has a new discount and if the sale price is the lowest we’ve seen. Personally, I think deals on beauty products are only worth it if you’re saving 20% or more — unless it’s a super-rare deal on a product that never goes on sale.
