Is Prime Big Deal Days the same thing as Prime Day?
Essentially, yes. Though the two sales have different names, aside from the time of year that each of them takes place, Prime Big Deal Days and Prime Day deliver the same shopping experience. As with its summer counterpart, access to the early holiday deals slated for this October is only available to those with Amazon Prime memberships.
