Israel has been conducting cross-border raids inside Lebanon since the start of the war last October, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said, after the IDF launched what it called a “limited and localized” ground operation in Lebanon. He said the IDF found tunnels built under houses in villages along the border.
