Officers responding to the 2022 school massacre in Uvalde, Texas, had multiple opportunities to change their flawed response and could have stopped the shooting sooner, the US Department of Justice found in a scathing report. The 575-page report comes almost 20 months after the shooting left 19 children and two teachers dead.
