(CNN) A Delta Air Lines flight from South Carolina to New York had to land in North Carolina on Monday after loss of cabin pressure, the airline said. Oxygen masks dropped from overhead about 30 minutes after takeoff, according to passenger Lindsay Branciforte.
Delta Flight 4058 took off from Charleston at 6:30 a.m., originally heading for New York's LaGuardia Airport, when it had to divert to Raleigh. The CRJ900, a single-aisle twin-engine jet, had 62 passengers and four crew members aboard.

"I've been on bad flights before, but this was unbelievable," Branciforte told CNN.
She posted a photo of the air masks deployed on Instagram, stating, "Not cool with the emergency landing and oxygen masks at 7am. But thanks for getting us on the ground safely."
Endeavor Air, the Delta subsidiary that was operating the flight, released a statement saying the aircraft landed without incident and the maintenance technicians evaluated the aircraft. All the passengers were accommodated on alternate flights.
"The safety of our customers and crew members is our top priority," said Michael Thomas, spokesperson for Delta.
