(CNN) Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, is taking on a new role: celebrity editor.

The Duchess will join the Huffington Post UK as a guest editor for a single day in February, Kensington Palace said on Friday.

The mother of two, known informally as Kate Middleton, will use the opportunity to highlight children's mental health issues and the "inspiring work being done by parents, teachers, researchers, and mental health professionals."

"The Duchess will be commissioning contributions from a number of leading figures in the mental health sector as well as from young people, parents, and teachers," a Kensington Palace spokesperson said.

The Huffington Post has also earned a special invitation -- the website's team will visit Kensington Palace next month.

The Huffington Post is owned by AOL, which was acquired by Verizon for $4.4 billion last year.
